Sustainably Grown, Family Owned, Perfectly Brewed

We believe coffee should be as authentic as the land it comes from. That’s why we prioritize sustainable farming practices, fair trade principles, and meticulous craftsmanship. Every bean is a testament to our commitment to quality, transparency, and a genuine love for coffee.

I believe that enjoying coffee should be simple, satisfying, and natural—free from confusion or compromise, and always crafted to enhance your daily rituals.

Welcome to My Coffee Farm!

Nestled in the rolling hills of santa barbara, our farm has been producing premium, eco-friendly coffee for over two decades. With a commitment to sustainable farming and community development, we bring you the freshest and most flavorful beans.

I have always like the idea of having my own farm where i can plant, grow, harvest, process, export and at the end roast and distribute my own personally grown and roasted coffee. the experience and connection would be sort of unique in the coffee industry if I’m the coffee farmer. it all started when I was a kid, I used to accompany my mother and siblings during coffee season to harvest coffee cherries at the local coffee farms(fincas)

About My Farm

My farm is located in a remote area of santa barbara, its actually a village way up in the mountain. the village its called San Jose De Oriente. I dont mention my village as the farm actual location because my region coffee its more known as cafe de santa barbara(santa barbara coffee) so it would be easier to connect or remind people where the farm its at. Santa Barbara region is becoming well know for quality coffee to the point that It has been the winning region of “Cup Of excellence” in Honduras a few years already. I don’t cut trees if I don’t have to, I don’t use herbicide to get rid of weed from the coffee we use ancient labor techniques such as machete to get rid of weeds on the farm. We reforest as much as I can. Plant ornamental around at the farm, keep it clean from trash, I discourage hunting of some animals that still exist or live
